Covid- 19 Relief works and World Humanitarian Day 2021
Bethesda YWCD Observes World Humanitarian Day at Bhandari, Baghty, Bor Lengeri and Dimapur simultaneously and distributes Covid-19 related Dry ration relief kits, Biscuits and cakes to the economically marginalised people affected and inflicted by the lockdown of the Covid 19 pandemic in network with the Impulse NGOs Networks supported by Tokyo for India, ITC and Catalyst 2030 on August 19, 2021

The Bethesda Youth Welfare Centre Staff and Volunteers Conducts Covid 19 Pandemic appropriate awareness activities and distributes free facemasks, hand sanitizers, handgloves and soaps to public at Bhandari Town on June 21, 2021.
Bethesda Youth Welfare Centre, Dimapur Celebrate 33 years of its existence.
To mark the occasion in attainment of the organisation’s 33rd Foundation Day the Bethesda Youth Welfare Centre, Dimapur organised a brief program on 1st September 2020 at its Head Office at Circuit House Colony, Old Dhansiri Bridge Road, Dimapur.
Mr. W.C. Humtsoe, the Chief Functionary of the organisation briefly reflected on the last 27 years of his joining the organisation besides other notable contribution the organisation has towards the society through different programs so far. In his concluding remarks, he encouraged the staffs present to stay positive always and at the same time grasp every opportunity they encounter in life despite many challenges one may face while striving to accomplished one’s dreams.
The brief program was chaired by Mr.Enoch Kithan, Asst.Director, BYWCD.

In collaboration with Impulse NGO network Shillong, Bethesda Youth Welfare Centre distributing Ration Kits to 300 economically vulnerable families in Dimapur and Chumukedima Urban. Volunteers from fellow NGOs like CAD Foundation, Akimbo Society, Prodigals Home, Rural Area Foundation, Zion Welfare Society, Basielia Ministry and Victory Nagamese Baptist Church also participated in distributing the relief to HRGs in various colonies.

IEC AVAILABLE ON DIABETES AWARENESS & DIABETIC FOOT CARE, 4/10/16
A series of IEC materials on Diabetic Awareness & Diabetic Foot Care were published for Public Awareness. Publication of Pamplets are available in English, Lotha Naga & Nagamese Dialects.
Audio visual tape will be available shortly on various local dialects. The IEC materials are produced by the Partnership Program of Bethesda Youth Welfare Centre, Dimapur, Nagaland (BYWCD) and WDF (World Diabetes Foundation), Denmark. Over a period of 3 years a target of 67500 people are expected to be reached out through awareness program covering the villages in Dimapur and Wokha Districts. Almost 27000 people are targeted to be tested on Diabetes Care.
AWARENESS AND SCREENING CAMP ON DIABECTIC CARE AT HAYIYAN VILLAGE, MAY 14,2016
Promoting prevention, care and management of diabetes among Indigenous People Emphasizing on Diabetic Foot Care program was launched for the two most needed districts of Dimapur and Wokha. Over the period of three years the Project will cover more than 400 Villages and localities in the Rural of these twin district and will create awareness amongst 67500 people. A possible 27000 people are expected to be Screened and linkages will be made to the Governmental and Non-Governmental Health set ups for treatment of Diabetic Foot Care. The project will network with 3 other Partner NGOs Project WDF 15-1245 is a partnership programs of BYWCD and World Diabetic Foundation (Denmark).
RDS 2 LAUNCHED AT DIMAPUR.., AUGUST 9,2016
DS5.JPG Response Driven Sampling (RDS 2) is an extension research program of the ongoing activities on IDUs related research project in India.it is a collaborative program of NACO/SACS and YRG.ORG Care, Chennai with Bethesda YWC Dimapur as the local partner. The brief function was dedicated by the Associate Pastor of the Lotha Baptist Church,Dimapur Mr.Yanbemo Ovung.The CF of Bethesda YWC Shri WC Humtsoe shared the objectives of the Research activities with Mr.Jobins Joseph the Site Coordinator of YRG,Care delivering the welcome address.Vote of thanks was delivered by the Associate Director of Bethesda YWC Shri Longshithung Kithan.
